We are a fully equipped studio featuring Gratz and Tirado apparatus.  Our mission is to continue the teachings of Joseph Pilates and the legacy of Romana Kryzanowska and preserving the method in its purest form. Our Committment is to provide a safe and inviting environment with the highest level of instruction, where each individual client can reach his or her full potential.  The Pilates Edge opened its doors in 2010.  The studio is filled with natural light and has high ceilings needed for advanced aerial moves.  Its decor is rustic in keeping with rural Milton.
